Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus has premium features at mid-range price
The Redmi Note 13 series has been officially unveiled by Redmi in China. The lineup consists of a standard model in addition to two professional variants.
These brand-new phones feature significant improvements over their predecessors. Particularly the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, this sets an unrealistically high standard for the Redmi Note family of products.

A Redmi Note series mobile device is the first to include a screen with a resolution of 1.5K (2712 x 1220 pixels), which is provided by the 12-bit display on the device. The screen boasts a pixel-per-inch (PPI) resolution of 446, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an immediate touch sampling rate of 2160 Hz, and even a PWM dimming rate of 1920 Hz for eye safety.
Over 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space may be seen on the screen. It is capable of playing content in both HDR10+ and Dolby Vision formats. The normal brightness level is rated at 1200 nits, while the maximum brightness level is listed at 1800 nits.
Last but not least, another first for a Redmi Note handset is that the display itself incorporates a fingerprint sensor directly into its underside. This sensor is so versatile that it can even be used to measure a person’s heart rate.
An IP68 rating makes its debut on a Redmi Note for the very first time with the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. Because of this, the product is impervious to dirt and water. In addition to this, it features an honed-to-perfection adaptation of the 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 camera sensor. This 1/1.4-inch sensor has optical image stabilisation (OIS) capability and comes with an ALD anti-glare coated lens.
Finally, in addition to Xiaomi’s own unique 120W charging protocol, the handset is compatible with USB Power Delivery versions 3.0 and 2.0. It even comes along with a GaN charger in addition to a USB Type-C connection that is double-sided.
