Realme GT Neo 5 will have 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage

The phone will come in two different versions based on teasers and leaks from the past. The cheaper model will have a 5,000mAh battery and support 150W charging, while the more expensive model will have a 4,600mAh battery but support 240W charging, which is much faster.
The phone will have a 6.74-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels (1.5K), a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a PWM dimming rate of 2160Hz. The phone will have a 16MP camera on the front and a triple camera system on the back. The primary sensor will be a 50MP Sony IMX890, and there will also be an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera.
The phone will also have Realme UI 4.0, based on Android 13, RGB lighting, NFC, and an IR blaster, among other things.
