When it comes to flip phones, the Razr 40 Ultra has the biggest cover screen available.

Motorola has been dropping hints about the impending release of the Razr 40 Ultra in India on Twitter, most recently writing, “A FLIPin’ awesome gift awaits.” A video was released showing what appears to be a flip phone with a massive cover screen. The standard smartphone has a narrow cover screen in the shape of a bar, therefore it’s safe to assume that this is the more advanced Ultra variant. However, the company under Lenovo’s ownership did not share the release date or any other information about the product in the tweet.

To refresh your memory, the Moto Razr 40 Ultra features the largest clamshell foldable display to date at 3.6 inches. The cover display is an AMOLED panel with a 10-bit depth, 1066 x 1056 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 hertz, and Gorilla Glass Victus for scratch resistance.

The nicest aspect is that you can do practically anything on the external display that you can do on the internal display.

The primary display is a 6.69-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ compatibility, and 1,400 nits peak brightness.

The Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) panel on this smartphone has five layers of protection and seals completely when closed. The device’s internals are powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, and its cameras are a 12MP primary sensor and a 13MP ultrawide that doubles as a macro cam.
