Moto X40 pre-booking is available before launch
Motorola will release the Motorola Moto X40 smartphone in China on December 15, 2022, according to a statement from the firm. Ahead of its formal release, the smartphone is already available for preorder in China.

Using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU, the Moto X40 has reportedly achieved “superior power efficiency” as a performance flagship, according to reports by Chen Jin. XT2301-5 was formerly mentioned in the Geekbench 5 database as the model number for the Motorola phone. The listing indicates that the smartphone features an octa-core processor with a 3.19GHz primary core, four 2.80GHz secondary cores, and three 2.02GHz third cores. We are familiar with the fact that this is the recently introduced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CMIIT) lists Motorola’s new 5G model XT2301-5, presumably the Moto X40.
The smartphone sports a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400, a body size of 161.3 x 73.9 x 8.5 mm, a weight of 196 grams, and under-screen fingerprint detection.
