iQOO Z7 Appears on Geekbench with Snapdragon 782G Before China Launch
India is scheduled to release the iQOO Z7 on March 21. The company has verified that the iQOO Z7 will include a Dimensity 920 processor. According to reports, iQOO is also developing the iQOO Z7 and Z7x for the Chinese market. Recently, the Z7x was discovered on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 695 processor.

In Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, the iQOO Z7 received 876 and 2956, respectively. The Z7 variant that has appeared on the benchmarking platform is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and the Android 13 operating system. The model identifiers for the China-bound iQOO Z7x and Z7 are V2272A and V2270A, respectively. The V2270A variant has now been spotted on Geekbench with a Qualcomm chip with one prime CPU core operating at 2.71GHz, three CPU cores running at 2.40GHz, and four CPU cores operating at 1.71GHz.
The listing’s source code reveals that the chipset’s GPU is an Adreno 642L. These details disclose that the Snapdragon 782G chip powers the iQOO Z7 (Chinese edition).

The Chinese variant of the iQOO Z7 will replace the iQOO Z6 (Chinese edition), which debuted in August 2022. The predecessor phone has a 6.64-inch IPS LCD FHD+ 120Hz display, Snapdragon 778G, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB / 256 GB of storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with 80W charging. It has an 8-megapixel front and a 64-megapixel triple camera.
