Acer has announced that the Nitro XV5 gaming monitor series will be available later this month. The manufacturer says the series will start with two 27-inch models with the same 27-inch IPS screens. Follow our website, Viralstimes, for the most recent information!!!!
Acer says that the two will be different because one will run at 1440p, and the other will run at 4K. Both of them can be overclocked to 200 Hz, but they will also have refresh rates of 144 Hz and 160 Hz, respectively.
Acer hasn’t confirmed whether it measured these response times using GTG or MPRT, but it’s said that overclocking the monitors also cuts their response times to 0.5 ms. Also Read – Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have better speakers, better camera, and more
On the other hand, Acer brags that the Nitro XV5 series is compatible with high-end graphics cards and current-generation gaming consoles because it has HDMI 2.1 connections and AMD FreeSync Premium to reduce image tearing. Acer has added HDMI 2.1 links with total bandwidth, which let you play games in 4K at 120 Hz.
The Nitro XV5 series also has a USB hub that can charge at 65 W via USB Type-C. Acer says the USB hub has VESA 75 x 75 mm wall mount connectors, sits on an adjustable stand, and can be used with a KVM switch for peripherals.
The Eurozone will be able to buy the Nitro XV5 series at the end of this month. The series of monitors is said to start at €399, but Acer has only confirmed that this price is for the QHD model. Also Read – Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Smartphone to Launch in India on January 18
