A 17-year-old was killed in open daylight in Brooklyn

Police say that the teen ran into an unknown man who pulled out a gun, shot the victim in the chest, and then ran away on foot along Saratoga Avenue.
The victim, Graig Bassett, was taken to Interfaith Medical Center, where police said he was declared dead.
